Catering for your events helps fund our free weekly social pop-up cafes: thank you to all involved - and for all the encouraging feedback too, just wonderful!
Welcome to all our new volunteers, including Pampukha Svitlana, who created a delicious salad to go with her Ukrainian style Bolognese on Monday.
Head chef and organiser Firas Sharefy is mega busy as always. Nothing is wasted: he makes left over plums into luscious compote and pickles beetroot to share too.  Thank you to all our wonderful hard working, heavy lifting, helpful kitchen teams and to all who support us, giving so generously of your time, sharing skills, ideas, resources, experience and ideas!
Here's this Tuesday's helpers as we return to the Sanctuary: Ammar, Nira, Mikeyas, Xiomara, Yaya and Taniya. In our way to Skegness seaside we and we have 50 champions on board from all over the world.
